We are very glad to announce that we are finally ready and prepared to reopen!! Our doors will open again on Monday, July 6th!
In the next two weeks, we'll be reaching out to anyone that has contacted us while we were closed. To accommodate our new required cleaning and sanitization protocols from the CDC, we may need to adjust some appointment times that are already scheduled.
Please email or call us to book an appointment. Because of limited appointment times, our on-line booking system will not be available.
Here are some of the new requirements and guidelines, set in place from the CDC and our certifying board, that we will be adhering to;
-We will need to temporarily limit the number of daily appointments. The health and safety of our clients and staff is very important to us. If you are experiencing digestive issues, fever, cough, or sore throat, please reschedule your appointment for when you are no longer symptomatic. If you have been to a COVID-19-impacted area or have been in close contact with a person infected with COVID-19, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment for 14 days past the date of contact.
-Clients and therapists are REQUIRED to wear protective face coverings at all times!
-modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations.
-remove clutter, knick-knacks and any fabric items clients may come in contact with
- remove self serve items such as water & tea, treat jars or product testers that may have communal contact.
-have hand sanitizer, cleaning wipes, facial tissues and paper towels available in all spaces.
-use lidded trash cans with foot pedals
-to protect our more vulnerable populations, we will not be working with clients who have compromised immune systems or clients in other elevated at-risk categories at this time.
-modified client-intake and waiver forms. These will need to be resigned before your next appointment.
